Business details and use

These conditions govern use of dailygrocerca and orders from dailygrocerca, Unit 4407, 8 Eglinton Avenue East, Toronto, Ontario, M4P 1A6, Canada. Do not attack the service, introduce malicious code, evade security controls, misuse personal information or infringe another person's rights.

Ontario law and applicable federal law govern these terms, subject to mandatory consumer rights available where the customer lives.

Products, prices and order acceptance

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD). A listing or cart entry is not by itself an accepted order. When ordering is available, the checkout submission is an offer and acceptance occurs through an express confirmation or dispatch notice.

The order summary must show the product total, applicable taxes and delivery charges before submission. We may reject or cancel an order for an evident pricing error, unavailable stock, suspected fraud or an unauthorised payment and will notify the customer.

Related policies and intellectual property

The Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Payment Policy form part of any accepted sale. Product names, marks, images and other protected material remain subject to their owners’ rights; their use for identification does not claim an official partnership.

Mandatory rights, liability and changes

Nothing in these terms excludes a consumer guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Governing law follows the store location stated below while preserving mandatory rights available in the customer's place of residence. Updated terms will show a revised date.
